On this weeks’ adventure, we are back in France again to visit an astonishing manorhouse that is preserved in time for a rough two decades. This glorious mansion was built in the late 18th century and was once the home of the Gerard Family: Mr. Jean Louis, his wife, and three children. Jean Louis had a career in aerospace and had a huge predilection for hunting. All his hunting rewards are displayed throughout the property and inside we find the most random and strange items of taxidermy. They lived an extravagant lifestyle. The quantity of antique furniture we find inside is extraordinary. Explore with us, as we open the doors of a legit time-capsule of the past and document what’s left behind.

  3. Art deco dream , amazing. Wallpaper, blue n gold room decorations + chair, ornaments ,radio, clocks n lamps r all 1920s-30s, w a French flair

  4. Hi Maureno, thank you for sharing this beautiful house. Its nice to watch your videos with your friend Remon, both of you make a great team. 🙂

  5. Creepy yet interesting. Cemetery ghost of religion.

  6. Wow very nice vidéo ??

  7. Maybe the menu cards are what they collected when visiting hotels? Or maybe from weddings, parties they’ve been to?

  8. I am Japanese. Sony BRAVIA is shown at 56:36, but since the first model was released in 2015, I think that the family was living there until 16 years ago. But why is Japanese TV there?

  9. Maureno and Remon are in my honest , humble opinion the very best urban explorers on YouTube/ in the entire world. They need their own Netflix show or TV show. ?✌??❤️ peace and love, keep safe always both of you guys , from your friend Dr.Louis in Luxembourg ?? ?

  11. Yeah, he liked killing animals

  13. I got some strange vibes from this place. It's not just the dead creatures ,there are other feelings. The man was king of his castle and only the best was good enough for him. I think he may have been a little unkind and his wife knew her place in the scheme of things. He provided only the best for her, but she was expected to do as she was told. Some very lovely things from the 1920's, some worth a lot of money. I hope the house stays safe from vandals. Thank you for a very interesting video. love and happiness always be yours X X

  15. These VPN companies only can enter business if they hand over their decrypting methods / keys / codes beforehand to you know who.., the moment you start using their encryption, you are a sitting target, such a shame you should finance your amusing "breaking in and entries" escapades like this, how naïve can you be, don't go for it, ever!

  17. There are similar menu cards, which you get and every guest you invited for dinner, when you order a meal for a special occasion, like a wedding, a christening, a special birthday. There are just the different courses mentioned one after another – as far as I understood.
There should have been a certain date on the menu, like 1.st January 1928…

  18. You certainly breathe life into the objects you speak about in each room. Each is truly a mystery. You always get me thinking, wondering, and I find myself researching people of the eras. You two have a very stimulating and thought provoking channel. It's a bit like exploring the Titanic…before it's completely eaten up by the watery deep! Thank you so much for your respectful explorations. You're the BEST!! ???❤❤???

  19. Něco nádhernýho máte tolik krásných video závidím vám že máte možnost procházet se minulosti Láďa,P,Czech Republic.

  20. Hi guys, you asked for comments, please, when you open a draw that shows cutlery, you dont have to explain, Oh here is a draw for cutlery, we can see that, also when you show a bedroom, you dont have to say,Oh here is a bedroom, we can see that. Thank you. Also way too much speculation about who people in pictures, photo's are, you dont know, so to waste 10 minutes looking at three photographs saying Oh this is the owner's brother, or this is the children BLAHBLAHBLAH, we dont care, just show the place and we can figure out what we want. Many thanks for great locations.

  21. CRITICAL SUGGESTION:
DON'T DON'T DON'T TURN ON ANY OF THE ELECTRIC SWITCHES…. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IN THESE OLD CASTLES, CHATEAUS, MANSIONS ETC…. THE WIRES ARE DETERIORATED, FRAYED AND PROBABLY "CHEWED ON" BY MICE AND RATS… AND JUST ONE SPARK "INSIDE THE WALLS"…. WHICH YOU'LL NEVER SEE… COULD CAUSE A FIRE!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T EXPERIMENT WITH THE SWITCHES AND ELECTRIC!
WE DON'T WANT YOU TO GET HURT… AND WE DON'T WANT YOU TO BE BLAMED FOR BURNING DOWN ANY OF THESE CRITICAL PIECES OF HISTORY!!!
    OKAY?
CAN YOU PLEASE PROMISE US THAT!! : )
    AMEN

  23. Wow, we got to see dirt & dead bugs

  24. Thanks for another fantastic visit through the past…including the antique radio: I collect them.
All the best to the both of you!
PS: agai, this living room looks so cosy, and is in such great shape that it would be nice to spend some time there, at tea time, for instance, or to enjoy a cup of coffee in such nice surroundings, with an invitation, of course! ! I love the Art Deco wall paper! By the way, the object in front of the display cabinet is nominally a fire screen, but, in this house, i think that it's mainly used as an ornament ! To the left of the display cabinet litterally sits a tooled leather pouf from Algeria or Morocco, , which were very popular because of their comfort and their exotic flavour in the 1920's and 30's !

  25. I haven’t seen any bathrooms ???

  26. those items are curtain tie backs so when u pull the curtain back u have a place to hold it open /16:12

  27. Life is short my friend.

  29. I really enjoyed this video.

  30. That black and silver mirror was….WOW!

  31. In the dining room, I Have French handmade clock , it a work of gold. All hand craft

  32. Another great home. Yes, I appreciate you.

  33. Most of the wallpapers and furniture have an Art Deco design and the pictures and magazines were dated indeed to the late 1920s. Wow! Most objects are genuine from the 1920-1930s, so they are sure worth a fortune as antiques 😀

  34. Beautiful and so respectful!

  35. Erard is the name of a famous piano maker in France of German origin. Erard invented many developments for the piano and the harp that changed how both instruments were used. This piano may have been built much later by the Erard company.

  36. Beautiful house and place somewhere France.

  37. The photo of the minute 1:00:59. corresponds to Philippe Pétain. After the German invasion of France, he was placed as a puppet president. He betrayed the French people.

  38. Another amazing video, thanks for sharing and did enjoy it.

  39. Goddamn, there are a lot of expensive things left. The art, cutlery, clocks etc. It is a good thing i don,t know where in France it is…or all those other places for that matter.
