While I was watch your video, I noticed that you had a lump on the right side of the front of your neck and was concerned about you. Maybe it’s nothing but get it checked out to be on the safe side. Take care and be well!

  3. I peel the banana and chop it. Put it in a baggie. They hold for a coyote weeks and don't turn brown. Way easier than keeping the peel on.

  4. Just came across your channel. I'm a big fan. You do really well on camera and your content is great. I will definitely be subscribing. Keep up the good work. I think you'll do well on here. Thank you!

  16. Cool recipes, but unless you get a high speed blender, a food processor is way better for making this. When I try to make açai bowls or ‘nice’ cream, my blender is so annoying and it takes forever!

  17. Sprouts usually has frozen bananas.
